Bonus Gift With Purchase Promotion – Terms & Conditions (New Zealand)
1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion (“Promotion”) is AISIDI IINTERNATIONANL NZ LTD, located at Suite B, level 3, 33 Federal Street, Auckland Central, Auckland. (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Individuals under 18 may participate only with parental or guardian consent.
2.3. Employees, agencies, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
2.4. Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
3.1. The Promotion runs from 3rd December 2025 at 12.01am NZDT to 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm NZDT (“Promotion Period”).
3.2. Claims must be submitted by 31st January 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”).
3.3. The Promoter may close the Promotion early if all Bonus Gift stock is exhausted.
4. Qualifying Purchase
4.1. To qualify for the Bonus Gift (“Bonus Gift”), customers must purchase either an Honor Magic V5 or Honor 400Pro Mobile phone from any participating retailer during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
4.2. A single Bonus Gift may be claimed per Qualifying Purchase, unless otherwise stated.
4.3. Only one claim per person per transaction is permitted.
5. Redemption Process
5.1. The Bonus Gift is not automatically provided at the point of purchase. It must be redeemed by the customer.
5.2. To redeem the Bonus Gift, customers must:
• Visit the redemption website at www.HonorNZpromo.co.nz.
• Upload a clear copy/photo of their itemised purchase receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, date, and retailer.
• Provide accurate details including device serial number, name, delivery address, email and phone number.
5.3. Claims must be submitted no later than 11:59pm NZDT on the Redemption Deadline.
5.4. Incomplete, illegible, duplicate, or invalid claims may be rejected.
5.5. Customers are responsible for ensuring all details provided are correct. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected claims.
5.6 Claims made up to the 18th of December 2025 will be dispatched prior to this date. Claims made after the 18th of December 2025 will be dispatched after the 5th of January 2026.
5.7 Site live for the full period of the promotion.
5.8 Staffing hours 8.30am to 5.00pm daily. Closing between 24 December 2025 and 5th January 2026. Emails and phone calls will not be answered over this period.
6. Verification
6.1. The Promoter may request additional proof of purchase, such as:
• original receipts,
• packaging of the qualifying product,
• proof of identity confirming eligibility.
6.2. Fraudulent, altered, or tampered receipts or claims will result in disqualification.
6.3. The Promoter’s determination on validity of claims is final.
7. Bonus Gift Details
7.1. The Bonus Gift for any qualifying Purchase of a Honor Magic V5 is (Honor Pad 10 (Wifi , 8GB + 256GB) and a Honor Watch 4)
7.2 The Bonus Gift for any qualifying Purchase of a Honor 400Pro is (Honor Watch 4 and Honor Choice Earbuds Clip)
7.3. The Bonus Gift is strictly while stocks last.
7.4. The Bonus Gift cannot be transferred, exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
7.5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Bonus Gift for a product of equal or greater retail value if necessary.
8. Delivery of Bonus Gift
8.1. Valid redemptions will have the Bonus Gift delivered to the address supplied by the customer.
8.2. Please allow 15 business days from approval of claim for delivery.
8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for:
• delays caused by courier or postal services,
• incorrect addresses provided by the customer,
• undeliverable items due to access issues.
8.4. Bonus Gifts cannot be reissued if lost due to incorrect customer information.
9. Returns & Refunds
9.1. If a customer returns their Qualifying Purchase for a refund, the customer is no longer eligible for the Bonus Gift.
9.2. If the Bonus Gift has already been delivered, it must be returned (unused and in original condition) before a refund is processed.
9.3. If the Bonus Gift is not returned, the Promoter may deduct its full value from the customer’s refund.
10. Liability
10.1. Except for liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Bonus Gift.
10.2. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues affecting the redemption process.
11. Consumer Rights
11.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a customer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
12. Privacy
12.1. Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for:
• Verifying eligibility,
• Processing redemptions,
• Delivering the Bonus Gift.
12.2. The Promoter will handle all data in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
12.3. Information will not be shared with third parties except where required for fulfilment (e.g., couriers).
13. Changes & Cancellation
13.1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise that are outside its control.
13.2. Any changes will be posted on HonorNZpromo.co.nz
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
